By the reason of the increasing world threat of terrorism and extremism, as well as the increasing number of terrorist acts in different parts of the planet, the authorities of the Russian Federation and other influential world powers have made a decision to create a secret organization. Its goal is the complete liquidation of all terrorist manifestations and anyone involved with it. The organization should have no limits in funding.

The anti-terrorist group was formed out of the best agents of internal affairs, military experts and agents of the special services of the highest level. Because of the immediate reaction required, unlimited scope of actions and wide operating area of the group it was code named: G.B.R.
