Max (Max Records) is een klein jongetje vol kattenkwaad. Maar achter zijn schijnbare stoere verschijning gaat een heuse wereld schuil. Deze wereld, die alleen voor Max is, bestaat uit een bos bewoond door fabelachtige wilde beesten, die Max tot hun koning gekroond hebben. Gebaseerd op het kinderboek van Maurice Sendak.

COMMENT : First of all props to Republic for releasing this first. Only
they encoded the entire dvd while it was possible to maintain
the video untouched and strip out the rest. To make this possible
we only had to cut of a small piece of the end credits. We also
 stripped all warnings and fixed the dvd so that it goes to the
 main menu at the end of the movie and not special features menu.
