S21E10 - Once Upon a Time in Springfield

Krusty the Clown's show gets no female viewership so the network decides that Krusty needs a new sidekick. SO they create Princess Penelope which makes the show almost 100% viewed by girls as she takes over. Bart of course does something about it.
