Boss Nigger en Amos zijn twee genadeloze premiejagers. Ze vermoorden, plunderen en pakken mensen op voor geld. Maar er ontstaan problemen als één van hun slachtoffers zich schuil houdt in een dorp. Boss en Amos besluiten om de inwoners van het dorp te terroriseren totdat hun 'prooi' zich overgeeft.

Two black bounty hunters ride into a small town out West in pursuit of an outlaw. They discover that the town has no sheriff, and soon take over that position, much against the will of the mostly white townsfolk.
